Accounts are 18 and older

An account is for a person who is 18 or older. Signup asks you to confirm that before we send a sign-in link.

A map is not a toy. The small-parts warning on each product applies to every pin we ship.

Not for children under 3; pins have sharp points.

Photos and galleries

Photos stay for as long as we operate, with photo export.

Download all my photos is on your maps page. The file includes clips as well as photos.

We strip location and camera metadata from photos and videos before they are stored.

A shared gallery address is a long random token. It is not a sequential number, and it is separate from the short code printed on the pin.

Resetting a gallery link keeps the pin tag address the same and issues a new shared link. Old shared links stop opening the gallery. The pin itself keeps working. The NFC tag and the QR sticker are not rewritten.

Gifts

Gift codes never expire, carry no fees, and have no cash value.

A gift code moves the map and the pins to the account that opens it. The buyer is not the owner.
