This is what All Our Places keeps, and what we remove before a photo or a clip is stored.
Account
Signup stores the email you enter and the moment you confirm that you are 18 or older. Sign-in is a link we email you. There is no password.
Photos and videos
Photos and videos you add to a pin are stored so the gallery can open again. We strip EXIF and GPS metadata from every photo, and container location tags from every video, before that storage.
Photos stay for as long as we operate, with photo export.
Download all my photos on your maps page saves a zip of those files, including clips.
A public gallery address is a long random token. Someone who does not have the link cannot step through numbered pages to find it.
Resetting a gallery link keeps the pin tag address the same and issues a new shared link. Old shared links stop opening the gallery. The pin itself keeps working. The NFC tag and the QR sticker are not rewritten.
Checkout
Payment is handled by Stripe in test mode until we go live. Stripe Tax uses the billing address collected at checkout. We store the shipping address you give us so the map can be sent.
